Yes, we have treks for all fitness levels. Each trek is clearly labelled with a difficulty level — Easy, Moderate, Difficult, or Extreme. We recommend beginners start with Easy or Moderate treks. Our experienced guides ensure safety and comfort throughout the journey.

The best time to visit the Himalayas depends on your destination and activity. For most tours and treks, March to June and September to November offer the most pleasant weather with clear skies. Winter months (December to February) are ideal for snow experiences but require extra preparation.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the departure date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations between 15–29 days attract a 30% cancellation charge. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. Please review the specific package terms for full details.

Yes, airport pickup and drop services are available for most of our packages. Please mention your flight details at the time of booking so we can arrange seamless transfers. Additional charges may apply depending on location and timing.

While travel insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend it for all trekking packages, especially high-altitude treks. A good travel insurance policy should cover emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellation. We can suggest reliable insurance providers on request.
